Referral Agreement
Bailey London – Partner Referral Programme (Terms & Conditions)
1. Overview
The Bailey Partners Referral Programme (“Programme”) is operated by Bailey London Limited, an international, multi‑award‑winning design and project coordination firm with over 30 years of property and interior design experience.
This Programme enables estate agents and private advisors to refer clients to Bailey London Limited and receive a referral reward subject to the terms set out below.
2. Eligibility
You may participate in the Programme if you are:
• A real estate agent earning commission on a qualifying property with a sale value of greater than £1 million GBP; or
• A private advisor to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), able to make a referral for a project where Bailey London Limited’s design fee exceeds £70,000 GBP (or international equivalent).
3. Referral Reward
If you refer a qualifying client who appoints Bailey London for a qualifying project, you will be entitled to a referral fee equivalent to 10% of the net Bailey London project fees (exclusive of VAT and any third-party costs).
Reward payments will be made by BACS transfer within 45 days of receipt of project fee payments from the client.
Bailey London Limited reserves the right to amend referral percentages for future referrals at its discretion. Any changes will not apply retroactively to existing or live referrals.
4. Qualified Referrals
To be eligible for a reward, the referred client and/or property must meet the following criteria:
- Property Sale Value (at completion): must exceed £1 million GBP (or the equivalent in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, BHD).
- Project Value (Bailey London design fee): must exceed £70,000 GBP (or the equivalent in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, BHD).
5. How to Refer
Join the programme via our sign-up form (process takes under 20 seconds).
If your prospective client requires assistance in understanding the potential of the property and its scope, Bailey London can offer a free site meeting at the property with the prospective buyer. During that meeting we will provide advice and ideas. Following the meeting we will produce a document including but not limited to proposed layouts, CGIs are for illustrative purposes only which represent the potential quality, layout, and styling that could be achieved and comments on costs etc to deliver the project.

6. Exclusions
Referral rewards will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If the referred client is already known to Bailey London Limited through prior contact, marketing efforts, pitches, or past business.
- If a prior referral from another referrer led to the same client engaging Bailey London Limited. In such cases, full transparency will be maintained by disclosing details of the prior referral.
7. Intellectual Property (IP)
You may only use the following for referral purposes:
- Bailey London’s website
- Official social media posts
- Approved pitch materials
No other marketing or digital material may be used without prior written approval from the Bailey Marketing Team at studio@baileylondon.com. Materials must not infringe on or contradict the company’s IP rights.
8. Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the course of the referral relationship is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without express written consent from Bailey London Limited.
9. Payment & Reporting
Bailey London Limited will report successful referrals and project fees as appropriate to allow the referrer to raise an invoice. Payment will be made within 45 days upon receipt of invoice.
10. Exclusivity
This Programme operates on a non-exclusive basis. Referrers are not granted sole or exclusive rights to refer clients to Bailey London Limited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bailey London Limited may, at its discretion, impose financial caps on its liability under this Programme. Liability for each party is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the referral arrangement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
